The property is easy to find, the only issue is that in the evening it is a bit hard to find the writing on the door (maybe a bigger sign would be better). When booking it is not very clear which building is your room (they have 2), but we knew that we might be directed to the other building which is very close to the main one, so we had no issues with that. The rooms are very clean and cozy, especially the Standard Double Room - Annex was very spacious. If I ever travel to Dortmund again, would stay in this hotel for sure.

The location is amazing, You are right in the center of town. The hotel is surprisingly nice, from the outside it looks like a typical apartment building, but the decor is very modern and clean. Our room was on the 2nd floor, again very nice looking, spacious and the bed was huge and super comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful. We did not get our room cleaned one day and when I went down to ask for some clean towels, we got offered a free drink and towels were bought to our room. There is a nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Really enjoyed our stay there.

The room was exactly like in the pictures - clean, compact and comfortable. Everything needed was there and it's a wonderful hotel to stay for couple of nights.

Comfy bed, modern room, windows on two sides, free safe, good shower, perfect location for our needs, close to the rail station, close to the centre.

I was surprised by how fancy the room looked. The furnishings were really nice. The workspace was also very comfortable. The hotel is located super close to the main train station so it was really easy simply walk there. There are also quite a few eateries nearby.

I traveled to the hotel with car, you van park realy nearby in a parking. It costs 12.50euro a day/night. The hotel has a perfect location. I thought the people who worked at the hotel were really friendly. The room was perfect. We liked our stay a lot.

Friendly staff, the room was very spacious, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Great location, lots of stores and restaurants in the area.
