The location is amazing, You are right in the center of town. The hotel is surprisingly nice, from the outside it looks like a typical apartment building, but the decor is very modern and clean. Our room was on the 2nd floor, again very nice looking, spacious and the bed was huge and super comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful. We did not get our room cleaned one day and when I went down to ask for some clean towels, we got offered a free drink and towels were bought to our room. There is a nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Really enjoyed our stay there.

location perfect, right in the city centre and 5 min walk to the train station. Looks fairly newly done, everything in my room was nice, comfy bed, bathroom was exceptional and nice big shower, nicely tiled and clean. Staff were very friendly. Very little to fault here.

I was surprised by how fancy the room looked. The furnishings were really nice. The workspace was also very comfortable. The hotel is located super close to the main train station so it was really easy simply walk there. There are also quite a few eateries nearby.

The hotel has a great location, in the very center of the city. Lots of restaurants nearby, as well as shops. Near the subway stop, from which you can reach anywhere in Dortmund you need within 15 minutes. Receptionist very nice.

The staff was extremely friendly. They helped us get our car out of the garage, as it turned out to be closed on sunday (warning if you park your car at Do Park Westentor!!). Very nicely decorated and clean, excellent location!
